About Us
Victoria Constructions is a family-run business built on two decades of hands-on property experience.
Our journey began 20 years ago when we started investing in—and caring for—our own buy-to-let and development projects. Working with trades every day, we soon realised we could deliver better quality, tighter budgets and quicker turnarounds by rolling up our sleeves ourselves.
From investors to builders
2005 – 2022 Grew a private property portfolio across the West Midlands, learning first-hand what makes a refurbishment succeed.
2022 Took the leap from “client” to “contractor,” renovating multiple portfolio properties entirely in-house.
2023 – Today Formed our own dedicated build teams—now several strong—so we can run numerous projects simultaneously without compromising our personal, family-business touch.
